Property Styling, Home Staging or Furniture Hire, is very simply the process of improving the potential sale value of a property by making it look as attractive as possible.     Every house is a different size and style but an average 3 bedroom house costs between $3,500 - $5,000 for a six week Furniture Hire package.

  • Does Property Styling/ Home Staging work?

    Yes in tough markets it makes the property more desirable and stands out from the others to assist a sale.


     In a good market it does exactly the same but the outcome is often a higher price achieved (2-5% is common).

  • How long does a property take to sell that is Staged?

    An extensive study of 1,080 Homes by RESA (the Real Estate Staging Association), data showed un-staged homes spent an average of 184 DOM (Days on Market) prior to staging.     We can turn a deal around in 48 hours. The Furniture Hire period will then commence and the hire term is generally up to 6 weeks.

  • Do you have Different styles of Furniture to suit my home?

    At Gold Coast Property Styling we can cater to all styles of Furniture. Whether you require a Hamptons Style, Coastal Style, we can cater for you. The 'Style' we deliver is determined by the properties' surroundings and to whom the potential buyers might be. 

  • Do i have to stage my whole house?

    You do not have to stage the whole house. If you wish to only add furniture to various rooms you can leave off bedrooms to save money.
