Meg Ritchie has been renovating and styling homes since she was 20 years old. It was through renovating homes - first in the UK and in Australia - She saw the missed opportunity for people to receive the best value for their home due to agents taking photos of homes as they were, clutter, washing still on the line and all.
So, Gold Coast Property Styling was born. Since then, Meg has styled more than 5,000 homes and yachts, ensuring she is involved in each and every project.

Gold Coast Property Styling came to life in 2007 due to the lack of personal home staging services on the Coast. While programs like 'Selling Homes Australia' were already popular, home owners weren't taking the opportunity to increase their return on investment by hiring furniture and property stagers. So, Meg created Staging to help fill the gap, while being affordable and effective.

At Gold Coast Property Styling, our mission is to help you sell your property for more, faster. By having our own warehouse In the Gold Coast, we make properties feel like homes through the smallest amount of money possible.
To make the property-sale process even easier, we can organise professional real estate photography. Having worked with photographers for more than a decade we know how to make your property have the wow-factor from the moment a potential buyer sees the first photo.
